In 2026, domestic new energy storage installations continued to grow at a rapid pace, with the market size for prefabricated energy storage enclosures exceeding 28 billion yuan. Demand across different application scenarios became increasingly diverse: Photovoltaic energy storage on the northwestern plateau requires low-temperature insulated enclosures; coastal offshore wind power energy storage requires highly corrosion-resistant specialty enclosures; energy storage in chemical industrial parks requires explosion-proof isolation enclosures; and overseas export projects require lightweight standard enclosures. A single, universal enclosure can no longer accommodate such diverse operating conditions, and the energy storage enclosure manufacturing industry has officially entered a new phase driven by two pillars: standardized mass production and customization for specialized scenarios.
Leveraging years of experience in manufacturing energy storage sheet metal structures, the company has completed the transformation to smart, flexible production lines, enabling customized mass production of all categories of prefabricated energy storage enclosures. The product line is divided into five major series: standard liquid-cooled energy storage enclosures, high-altitude and sub-zero temperature insulated enclosures, coastal high-corrosion-resistant specialty enclosures, chemical industry explosion-proof isolation enclosures, and lightweight container enclosures for export. The company can flexibly adjust sheet metal thickness, compartment layout, insulation structure, and temperature control interfaces based on project environments, capacity specifications, heat dissipation solutions, and corrosion resistance levels, providing one-stop services to energy storage system integrators and new energy development companies.
Custom housing solutions designed for four extreme operating conditions:
1. Energy Storage Enclosure for the Cold, High-Altitude Northwest Plateau: Features a double-layered, thickened insulated sandwich structure with mounting bases on both sides of the enclosure for low-temperature preheating equipment. Designed to withstand a wide temperature range of -45°C to 65°C, it prevents electrical control and battery failures caused by low winter temperatures and is suitable for Gobi Desert photovoltaic energy storage facilities;
2. Coastal/Offshore Wind Power Corrosion-Resistant Enclosures: Features a thickened fluorocarbon coating over a fully hot-dip galvanized structure, with added salt spray drainage channels and external isolation baffles. Designed to withstand Force 12 winds and resist long-term corrosion from seawater salinity, making them suitable for offshore energy storage platforms;
3. Explosion-proof Energy Storage Enclosures for Chemical Industrial Parks: Thickened explosion-proof steel plates, independent explosion-venting compartments, and flame-retardant linings; compartmentalized isolation of flammable gases to meet safety and control standards for energy storage in chemical industrial parks;
4. Lightweight Standard Enclosures for Overseas Export: Made of high-strength, lightweight, weather-resistant steel with a 20% reduction in dead weight; compliant with maritime stacking standards; coatings certified under the EU REACH environmental regulations; suitable for overseas photovoltaic energy storage projects in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
The flexible production system features a modular, universal framework design, with independent, standardized molds for the base frame, wall panels, doors, and fire-resistant modules that can be freely combined. Sizes cover standard 10-foot, 20-foot, and 40-foot containers as well as various non-standard and irregularly shaped units. Internal cable trays, vibration-damping bases, and grounding systems are customized as needed. Small-batch prototypes are delivered within 7 days, and large-volume orders are scheduled for stable production, significantly shortening the construction cycle of energy storage projects.
Quality control strictly adheres to NB/T 10650-2024, “Technical Specifications for Prefabricated Container-Type Energy Storage Power Stations.” Comprehensive quality inspections are conducted throughout six major production stages: mechanical testing of raw materials, weld flaw detection, anti-corrosion coating, and whole-unit rain testing. Each container is shipped with complete inspection documentation and export certification documents. Currently, our products have been deployed in energy storage power stations across more than 30 provinces and cities nationwide and are simultaneously being exported in bulk to multiple countries in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Thanks to their strong adaptability to various scenarios, durability, corrosion resistance, and reliable delivery, we have established long-term partnerships with clients both domestically and internationally.
