The cylinder features a modular, standardized design that supports customization of volume, external dimensions, and mounting brackets as needed, enabling rapid integration with on-board hydrogen storage modules, containerized hydrogen storage systems, and laboratory hydrogen equipment. The cylinder includes pre-designated mounting points for heat dissipation and monitoring, facilitating the installation of temperature and pressure sensors and enabling intelligent monitoring of the hydrogen storage system.

The product offers excellent environmental adaptability and maintains stable structural performance under both high and low temperature conditions. The wear-resistant coating on the housing surface reduces damage from bumps and scrapes during transportation and operation, thereby lowering long-term maintenance costs. The product has passed a full suite of type tests and meets domestic and international certification requirements for vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage equipment. Currently, housings in this series are being supplied in bulk for use in fuel cell commercial vehicles, distributed energy storage and hydrogen refueling facilities, and mobile hydrogen supply equipment.
